A. Shipping Costs and Information

Important Notice: Shipping Only Within Austria

Due to the new EU packaging regulations and the associated bureaucratic effort, we have to adjust our shipping policy:

As of August 12, deliveries are exclusively possible to shipping addresses within Austria.

I. Shipping within Austria

Flat rate per order:
€ 5.95 (incl. VAT) via Austrian Post

✅ Free shipping for orders with a gross value of € 140.00 or more (Austria only)

II. Shipping outside Austria

From December 13th, 2024, shipping is only possible to Austria and Germany.

Shipping costs (flat rate per order, incl. VAT):

• Austria (AT): € 5.95
• Germany (DE): € 9.99

✅ Free shipping within EU member states (excluding Switzerland and the United Kingdom) for orders with a gross value of € 250.00 or more.

III. Island Surcharge

For deliveries to the following islands, an additional island surcharge of € 12.00 (incl. VAT) will be applied.

IV. Customs Information

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may arise in individual cases that are beyond our control and must be borne by the customer.
These may include, for example:

• fees for money transfers charged by financial institutions (e.g. transfer fees, currency exchange fees), or
• import duties or taxes (e.g. customs duties).

V. Partial revocation

In the event of a partial revocation on your part that causes the order value to fall below the aforementioned threshold for free shipping, we reserve the right to charge the proportionate shipping costs, provided we have informed you of the amount in advance or the costs were easily calculable.

B. Delivery Times

• Austria: 1–3 business days
• Germany: 2–5 business days

Information on calculating delivery times

For advance payment, the delivery period begins on the day after the payment order is issued to the transferring bank.
For all other payment methods, the delivery period begins on the day after the contract is concluded.

The delivery period ends at the close of the last day of the stated period.
If the last day falls on a Sunday or a public holiday at the delivery location, the next business day shall apply.

C. Self‑Collection (Click & Collect)

Customers from Austria may collect their orders after placing an online order at the following address:

In this case, no shipping costs will be charged (Click & Collect).
