Description

The MINITRIX T16249 model represents the modern BR 249 Vectron Dual Mode light locomotive of DB Cargo AG in N scale. Featuring road number 249 002 in its May 2022 factory condition, this newly designed model combines detailed construction with advanced digital technology.

The locomotive is equipped with an integrated digital decoder and sound generator supporting both mfx and DCC operation. A motor with flywheel and four powered axles provide smooth running characteristics and reliable operation.

Numerous digitally switchable lighting functions including cab lighting, high beam headlights, shunting signals and red tail lights enable realistic railway operations on modern layouts.
