Pura Vida takes players on a colourful journey through the national parks of Costa Rica, a country famous for its incredible biodiversity and stunning wildlife.

As park rangers, players expand their own national parks by selecting animals from the shared display and placing them strategically. Each animal follows specific placement rules, creating interesting tactical decisions throughout the game.

Success depends on maintaining biodiversity and creating valuable habitats for different species. Whether focusing on many habitats, diverse animals or a balanced ecosystem, every decision influences the final score.

Designed by Ralf zur Linde and Carsten Rohlfs, and beautifully illustrated by Christine Alcouffe, Pura Vida combines accessible gameplay with meaningful strategy and a relaxing nature theme.
